Aucton houses are known to be greedy and we can use this weakness as leverage. Under the table behind closed doors deals can be made for a quick tax-avoidance sale when significantly large sums of cash are involved   |

No I'm not leaving Wales Che. I'm kind of rooted here for the foreseeable future. Business and kids. BUT Wales may be leaving somewhere, possibly the EU, but probably not the UK.
