Hi, who can help me? Guitar is here, but in the box don't found anything !! On you tube there few unboxing or video have pour quality. So cannot know wich is supplied; I presume: 1) tremolo arm 2) trus rod key 3) saddles key 4) cable ? (pheraps no on this model) Now i am too tired, but first impression is that this prs It is not worth the money it costs.  |

With a new guitar we can usually expect to be supplied with allen keys and a tremolo arm, where relevant. Did you look in the separate compartment in the case? Nothing inside the carton?
If you are not happy you can return it!

I'd be hugely surprised if the trem arm and Allen keys were not somewhere in the delivery. Wouldn't expect a lead but the other bits, trem in particular but the keys too really, should definitely be included. Search again. May be in the case compartment. If not, contact the supplier and explain. They'll probably apologise and send them straight away.
The guitar looks sweet by the way.

Hi friends, finally found solution, only because prs quarter is in usa, in my country distributor reply with turtle speed, as long as it answers! From Prs Usa "Your guitar is shipped with a tremolo arm, truss rod wrench and bridge adjustment tools. If you have an issue with the knob please see your dealer for a replacement." Price at Italian distributor have out of ordinary! For example Thomann have tremolo arm at 9,90! However they are problem of the vendor, otherwise I block it through paypal!     Guitar is wonderfull, but i believe that Its price is relative to 40% for quality and 60% only for the brand. All denigrate the epiphone, but I believe that this brand is more valid in relation to price / quality Neck instead is very very nice i don't understand as string gauce is 9-42 normally for those guitars type are 10-46 but this not is the problem. |

I never got a lead with either of the last 2 HB's I bought, just assumed they stoped putting them in. Got truss rod allen keys with both.

In fact, even though we are obviously very far from expensive, private stocks, this is by no means masculine.
You have to get used to it because it doesn't sound like a copy or a copy of harley benton, but it has its own personality.
It is as if no note is a step forward, I would say selective for this an error is highlighted more, but if you hit the right note this is not to be mixed with the next or the previous one. For now only clean channel, but I would say a difference this morning quite satisfied.
However, I can't match all my paul and one point to my epiphone, except for the quality of the finish.
