Ignoring the sound, as I'll replace the pickups anyway, is there any difference in playability between the above 3 guitars? Or would you recommend a different model altogether? Background: I've recently had an SC-Custom VB FR delivered which has a few problems and will probably be going back or exchanged. I bought it in a whim as the price was too good to ignore, but also because I really needed a replacement for my main (soloist type) as it needs refretting and it goes out of tune very easily. I play blues, rock and metal and would prefer both 24 frets and a trem. I also have a 22 fret V with a Kahler but it's a pain to play sitting down.
EDIT:It's an SC-Custom VB FR not an SC-Custom.

The S620 has a square neck heel and probably a slightly thicker neck than the Fusion or SC-Custom. The Fusion has a rounded heel.
The Fusion should be around 3.2 Kg, the SC-Custom around 4.

In your situation I'd choose the Fusion. Seems like an all-rounder!

In your situation I'd choose the Fusion. Seems like an all-rounder! I think you're right about that. The SC was an impulse purchase which I don't regret but the Fusion II would have been the better buy. Unfortunately they only have a few Fusion II's in stock and not the colours/specs I'd like.

Those you like will come back. Discontinued articles are removed from the Thomann site. I saw it happen many times. If you still see them, you'll get them.
