The black one is definitely the bridge earth, and the loose red one looks like it wants to go on the leftmost lug on the pot to the left of the switch (bridge volume) assuming there's nothing else connected to it at the moment and the red pickup wire is soldered to the middle lug. In the same way that the neck pickup wire goes to the middle lug on the first pot, and the blue wire goes from the left lug to the switch. Does that make sense?
