I had no problems with the pickups lining up, I had to enlarge the aperture a little to get the humbucker sized P90 to fit.I also had to enlarge the screw holes to accommodate the bigger height adjustment screws. I went with black as it seemed a better contrast to me with the blue guard (not to everyone's taste ) I think its more finding a pick up you like ttmax.

Your probably right DefJef, ttmax may have the same fit issue as I encountered. Regarding the screw, while the shaft is bigger/thicker on my P90/P94 clone the screwhead is considerably smaller (hope that makes sense). Not sure if that sort of makes an optical illusion? However on my other strat the volume knob and screw spacing look virtually the same as ttmax's. That has lipstick pups just to muddy the water further. 🙄

Hi Friends, st-62cc lpb come with mint green pickguard sss, pickups cover and knobs are white, probably change pickguard colour to have difference to my st-20 hss custom where have White pickguard and knobs but black cover pickup. For bridge probably solution only extrtic will be emg no hole White cover. Now st-62cc lpb is now here but lake placid blue is very far . Compared to the fender color this is off matte even if the finish is gloss. Let's say I confirm my previous impression (although in that case I liked the red color) These cc (custom color) they only have the highest price, the rest gets worse and worse. First my st-62 was Better. Both aesthetically and with other small things that, however, while in 2018 they make exclaim whaah that beautiful guitar and then for 119 euros it also sounds pretty good, today things are different, non-gloss neck keyboard wood (yet in the picture it is completely different strange being a 2020 model, maybe they use photo shop?) String are jet d'addario, no stickers he says yes and the colors of the rope fasteners seem different, I should take them apart to be honest but this it would be the least problem for me if i write addario i expect to find them. the sound remain the same. although I have the impression it is slightly more mixed than my 62 of 2018. Don't found any other problem at least this time no cracks or blows on the keyboard, but at least this time no cracks or blows on the keyboard. Ok I'll stop I don't want to be lynched by the advocates of the brand, but I'm overwhelmed if you can get a squier cv 60's lake placid for 300 euros, it's another planet that starts from 141 + 20 which is 161 euros. Taken to make some changes, but I expected a more real color, much more beautiful than the blue te-20 (at least for my taste)

I have Bill Lawrence pickups in my strat. The L290SL is a single coil sized bridge position drop-in replacement that is hot wound like a P90 and noiseless. It will retain the look of a classic strat, but you will use your bridge pickup soooo much more. Very warm with dirt!

Its a nice looking Strat ttmax I like the mint pickguard on the blue body it's the white pick up covers and control knobs that ruin the look for me. Personally I think aged white pickup covers and knobs would have been a better match.

Hi, thank you for this information, but i just have something similar to the bridge and neck, however i like more p90 humbucker size tone.
