Hi,
Just posting this in case it's helpful to someone. I took delivery of Harley Benton DC-Junior LTD Pelham Blue last week. It's pretty well finished, the pickup sounds great and it looks fantastic. It does have some fairly major issues however.
It was going out of tune and the tilt of the bridge was pretty extreme. When I took the strings off to have a look I found out that the bridge post bushings were badly fitted, and one was coming out of the body under string tension.
The post holes were too large and one seems to have been drilled at a bit of an odd angle. The bushings pretty much fell out, one had been shimmed with a thin piece of wood to give it any traction at all.
I've installed some new (slightly larger) bushings, as I was changing the bridge anyway and it seems to have sorted the issue.
Just a "heads up" as it may be a one off, but it's a problem that might not be immediately obvious.

No, I didn't think, I really should have done. I decided I could easily rectify the issue, and as I was replacing the bridge it didn't seem like a big deal. Now it's sorted I'm more than happy with it for what it cost. I really like the Roswell P90. flic.kr/p/2jgzxNy

i got a new wraparound bridge off ebay. its called a musiclilly bridge and its spot on. bushings fit perfect and you can have the action much lower and no sharp bridge catching on your palm. best of all it cost about £12. took a few weeks to come from china but i can reccomend it

Yes that's the same bridge as I've installed! I got mine off eBay, the bushings were a much better fit and like you say the action is much better, and it's much more comfortable to play.
