I have a new Fender HiMass 4-String Bass Bridge installed.
Sounds perfect.

Nice playing What kind of improvement did you notice and what is your overall impression of that bass?

Guitar Manufacturing is perfect, tuning, playability, sound and looks Great. With this bridge, my bass sustains a lot more and the overall balance of my instrument is way better.

Hi all!!
Proud owner of a HB JB-75. to improve a bit the sustain of this bass, I'm thinking about switching the default bridge with a Fender High Mass Bridge IV.
Do I have to drill new holes or the original ones will fit?
I'm not woodwork-savvy so I want to avoid drilling as much as I could.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Erik

Erik If you have the current model (like www.thomann.de/de/harley_benton_hbb1975_na.htm) it is a drop-in replacement. I found this bass to be extremly heavy (YMMV) and wouldn´t want any additional weight. Maybe you should consider something like the Gotoh 203B bridge which is a big improvement over any standard budget bridge.
