Apart from not impressed with the colour the guitar plays and sounds amazing. These HAF are nice. Better that the LAF's. And it seems this is the only SC Custom with the HAF's

Not a fan of the bulky straplocks either....

You are indeed correct. I think that its too much... Plus with the satin finish its kinda weird. The missus called it Animal Print 
The back is pretty awesome though.
But the playability, the setup and the sound ( The HAF's ROCK!!!)....I'm blown away by what HB is doing.

This was a B-Stock. I think they get some attention that brand new ones do not.
I sold a Heritage H-150. I dont miss it at all....

But yeah,on closer inspection looking at the other pics in the thread, its one step further than changing the colour slightly! Quilt is not flame.
