Wonder if it's like my Rocksmith one? £50 from Cash Converters I think. Didn't look like this for long before I started attacking it with chisels and paint! How's the neck? Mine is VERY skinny. like a ruler in the hand. I guess it WAS called a Junior.

That's the thing, what's your verdict?

I MADE it into something I wanted to pick up MartinB but it wasn't really my kind of thing originally. Just scrubbing the shine off it initially helped but that soon became a good key for a respray. On the back I found that the 'mahogany' was just a laminate. The tuners were pretty chronic but they did a job. Those intonation screws stuck much too far out of the back of the bridge for my liking too; I was always catching a sleeve on them, so I cut them down a good bit. And I found I needed to notch the lightning bolt saddle or my bends would stay bent . But the thing that never I could fix was that skinny and shallow neck. Too small and slim in my hand. I can and do play it regularly since it hangs near my kitchen for me to noodle on whilst the spuds are coming up to boil, but it's the first thing I notice.

Not your cup of tea eh?
I quite like it so far.
Probably going to make it into a beginner's kit for a friend, cheap solid state amp and that.

Quite nice for very small hands I expect. Maybe yours has a bit more heft to it?

It's well put together and a decent weight for an LP, probably put an Iron Gear in it....

You know what, I only played it through a ****ty little Gear4Music solid state jobby, but it sounded alright to me.
It's for a friend so I'll just keep it all stock and clean it up some.
