Hi all, i bought a Sc1000 HB ; i have a fuzz problem because the bridge is not properly grounded with other parts (bridge has not conductive painting I think). So i want tò replace with better bridge. But i've seen It has a different hole size: www.instagram.com/reel/Co6yG5vA_Hv/?igshid=cjlpcm4xY3ZsNnh3As seen in the videos they made new holes with different size to change the bridge. Is this the only way to change the bridge with a better one (and eliminate the fuzz problem)? There are no other bridge with same hole size? (Sorry for bad english) Thanks

Before you do anything, it would make sense to check if the bridge post is grounded. If it isn't, the wire going to the bottom of the post through the body may be broken or may just be not making a good connection with the bottom of the post. This problem was discussed in this post. michal reported that he was able to sort the problem without drilling new holes or replacing the bridge.

I'm almost sure that It's a bridge grounding problem, because i connected a copper wire externally from the knobs to the bridge ( touching the strings) and the fuzz disappeared.
