Hi!I am also thinking of buying the HB EUB500.Problem is i am left-handed,and HB does not make them for lefties. So,i was thinking, would it be possible to modify it into a leftie? Any ideas? Please correct me if I am wrong but isn't the EUB500 symmetrical?

I thought the same JAC. I guess all the controls etc are on the wrong side and you'd need to replace the nut and bridge or else play all the strings in the opposite order.

To be honest, I had thought about the nut but the bridge hadn't entered my mind. I am not sure how easy of a task that is, I really don't know anything about EUBs or DBs except that I get divorced of I ever buy one

Replacement nut and bridge would cost around £15 to £20.
There's nothing fancy about DB construction, folks have built their own from packing cases/sheet metal etc for decades.
