Just on my way to Brighton to pick up one of these beauties. It’s basically a hard tail version of the esp ltd M-1000 Koa that I had.

Yeah, I am going to check it in the shop. It’s a lot of money to pay for a lemon.
If it’s fubar I think I will get an Ibanez AZ, the “cheaper” ones.

I thought it was great, I think I just don’t get along with tremolo systems, the JM/Jag system is ok, but the rest just aren’t for me.

I’m not a good photographer. It does look stunning though. The pickups are great, Jazz in the neck and a Pearly gates bridge.

Fretboard is slightly dry, frets are perfect, fretboard is bound, all 5 positions have their own quirks, very responsive to picking style and level/gain. Locking tuners and the string through bridge seem to be perfect, heaps of unneeded sustain.

Did you have the pick ups fitted or were they standard?
