To make a long story short... You might remember I had ordered a Harley Benton TE-52 NA. Didn't dig it. Couldn't bond with it. Found it too harsh sounding. So I returned it to get my money back. And instead I bought this Revelation RJT-60:  |

They sure are nice. Really well finished with some very interesting designs. I saw one of their shortscale thinline teles the other day. Really nicely finished.  That ATN rotary knob is a strange beast but full of useful tones. Does your whammy bar also swing right over the pickup switch? |

Indeed, it does. But I only use trem bars when I'm in a surf mood  , so it won't be always on the guitar. |

That's a good price over here I believe they are just over £300 in UK . I've been laying bricks with mortar the last couple of days (extending my drive). They don't sell guitars where I get my bricks 😜 |

Great company, Revelation regret selling my Wal JG half as much as I regret selling the RPBX Yes, they seem pretty awesome. IMHO, despite their "budget" price range & image they can in certain ways be compared to a company like G&L. They strive to offer more than just 1-on-1 copies of well-known guitar/bass models, instead always offering some personal touches to improve or differentiate from the originals. For example, in the case of my RJT-60, they alter the familiar Jazzmaster design in some significant ways: - different pickups (high output ceramic P90's instead of typical JM singlecoils) - a different, much more service-friendly and more tuning-stable bridge (strat bridge instead of JM bridge with excess string length) - an additional 5-position switch ("ATN" circuitry) to get easy access to different tonal "presets" - trem arm can simply be popped in (no screwing in needed) (On a sidenote: of course I know that the typical JM bridge makes up a big part of the Jazzmaster sound, but that's not my point here. I wasn't looking for a Jazzmaster specifically when I bought it, but I sure love the look of its offset body ) |

i can attest that revelation guitars sells good stuff. i own three of them the two LP's are A series the recording is a B series i bought the two LP for €40.00 than a HB LP type, it is simple impossible to make the HB in to the quality of the revelation's for that €40.00! the quality even in the old series like mine is exceptional for this price. sadly the prices of the revalation's (C and D series) has gone up quite a bit since then     |
