I haven't got a single amp. I haven't had one since I rocked a Marshall 8100 with a 4x12" Marshall cabinet back in the 90's. Now I play everything through my Line 6 Studio X2. I miss having an amp though. It didn't really work when I lived in an apartment but now I live in a house where I'm not gonna disturb anyone except my family. Would a Bugera Infinium be a good buy?

Would a Bugera Infinium be a good buy? Depends on what genre you play I guess. Its not for hi gain playing in my opinion. I like it for clean playing with a bit of tube breakup. Sounds superb to my ear.

Sounds superb to my ear. The problem is that I play everything. I guess it's mostly clean or a with a bit of crunch but if I'm offered a demonic gain then I'll drop it to a D and go down the dark path. Old habits die hard I suppose. If I have to choose then I'll prefer having a nice vintage crunch over a smooth metal lead.

I had the ordinary 22 and just used the clean channel with pedals for high gain and it worked a treat

I have a Laney Lionheart L5t, a homemade 5 watt Marshall 59 Superlead clone with a homemade cab with an eminence Ramrod which I also use as an extension cab for the Lionheart.
I also have a little homemade amp in a can for travelling.

Definately do ! I kept the Bugera for a while after buying the Lionheart and it certainly held its own against the double the price Laney .I couldn't say it was a lesser amp just different. I should have tried the 22 through the Greenback in the laney to see how they compared through the same speaker as the 22 was the darker of the two I never had a days bother with it either over 3 - 4 years

I have a solid-state Vox DA5 and the Fame Tube 5 Special which is a really nice little amp. And I just got into the whole pedal thing and GAS is striking again. Just ordered a Nux AS-4.

I've the following :-
A Marshall MG15CF which is too hissy and which I'm perpetually on the cusp of getting rid of until the little bugger surprises me with an occasional great tone.
An old Laney KC50 keyboard amp with scratchy pots a 12 inch speaker and a reverb tank. I use this one with my Zoom G1X and B1Xon multi-effects pedals as well as for Bass and also with my techno-corny Yamaha CS1X rompler synth. Also sounds decent with the HB American and AC-Tone pedals.
A recently acquired Behringer Firebird GX108 15W solid state practise amp - treble needs to be managed but this little thing sounds great for edge-of-breakup bluesy tones. Very responsive.
Also recently required Fender Stage 112se - lots of wattage through a Fender blue label emminence speaker. Has a clean channel and a reverb tank which, particularly with single coils, is just glorious. Loud loud loud though.

Peavey Vypyr 30w modeling amp. Lots of options to mess around with. It's equipped with a 12" speaker and plays crazy loud (and clear) I like it, but some tube thingy would be nice too.

I have a Kustom 10W thing that I got given to me, a Harley Benton HB20R & a Laney LC15R. The Laney is a fantastic amp, except for the reverb, which isn't so hot, it had new valves in it just before I bought it. For sale, if anyone is interested. I'm interested in HB20R, can you tell, is it any good? Reverb is the real spring? Is it able to reproduce surf-like tones on a budget?

Yamaha THR10, love this little amp even when I'm playing bass. Plug in & you get an instant great tone at a low level. Roland Blues cube Stage 60w 12" Galanti M bass 30 (2x el84 output section) 30W fliptop with 12" closed back cab. And a little Fender frontman 25W & a Squier 15. Don't play these anymore.
Bass amp: Ashdown mag c115 300 evo III

I just use one for home playing. A Blackstar HT1R. I gues I'm a 'qiet' guitarist.
