Glad to see you're happy with the guitar. With the guitar plugged in give the pickup pole pieces a light tap with a screwdriver. Sound/no sound etc. So the pole piece side should be the one switched off when in split mode right? Ok will check that!

Ok just checked and these pups are full on humbuckers! Very good tip and easy to test! So they simply sound great! Glad my fate in humbuckers is restored! It is up to the pickups when it comes to muddy humbucker tones!

Was jammin yesterday with a mate who plays a California made Fender from 2009. He couldn't believe the playability and tone clarity of this Deko SC 550! He was testing the neck pup several times on clean channel dry without any pedals and was shaking his head in disbelief he said it's very much like playing higher end Gibson. Usually on lower priced Epi the neck is just plain mud.

A humbucker that sounds nice? Send it here! Will try and record it dry, a few strums, then add some CKK Gears comp for extra nice punchiness and then add some CKK Lunar Drive dirt!
