Return agreed. Label sent to me. I have to take this enormous box to the Post Office!!! Not sure there's a post office near me big enough to take it! Certainly won't pass through any window. Make sure NOT TO FORGET to get the signature and stamp from the postal office so you have a proof you actuallu handed it over!

You do seem to have a lot of dramas, still as the saying goes "you can't beat bad luck".

Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.

I'm particularly fond of life at the moment @blindwilly2fingers. It's doing a sterling job. EDIT> I just noticed a Freudian slip with my tag for blindwilly. I must be really cheesed off. Unless he's had ANOTHER accident! Please tell me you're safe, blindwilly3fingers.

Give a try to the new solid state technologies... seriously ... maybe you will like and you will be glad playing and in life. There are differences from modelling amplifiers with I.R.(Impulse response cabs) and amps like Katana or Vypir or other digital modelling. The solid state amps from this generation are enough good to give saticfation to your playing. We live in another century ... the tubes are wonderfull but they needs a lot of attentions and care and ... money ... and fatigues and knoe there's no reason to play tubes especially for semiprof like I think we are. This year I will be sixty and my back needs lighter amps ... so never more amps with 4 or 5 tubes for me!

Thomann's box was falling apart but I have no other boxes big enough to house this amp and all it's packaging. So I used about a whole roll of packaging tape to bind the flippin' thing together and checked on the Post Office website for my nearest post office. 0.2 miles ... The post office is now a flower shop! Tried online again. A post office 0.5 miles away. Great. Also closed down. Ah the ease of online shopping. No wonder it's taking over. Now you know how I feel when returning all those packages!!! If people think I lightly decide to return an item, THINK AGAIN I much rather keep it then arrange all this returning wreck!

Got my refund and, thanks to a worsened exchange rate since I bought it, I have made £7 profit. I am now a currency trader. Wow...that's a decent profit from just a currency fluctuation ! Brexit is treating you well so far!
