How's it compare to a Jazz or Precision body? Pretty small? Judge for yourself. I think it looks pretty balanced shape wise. It has a shorter scale so should be a little bit smaller. The different horn shapes do a lot to make it appear much smaller.

Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.

Now that doesn't look silly at all blablas. In fact the opposite! I must go and stand a strat between my Jazz and Precision to compare. I got the feeling the Revelation Jazzmaster copy felt even smaller than a strat. That's just the colour I was going to go for too but the shop that had it for sale at a remarkable price sold it in the shop the very day I purchased it online from them so they had no stock. And it had been for sale for weeks before then...then the price went up and they could only get sunburst with a maple board. It clearly was never going to be! Have you tried whammying your bass lines yet? Go on...you wouldn't be able to resist!

Yes tried it and I'm very underwhelmed by it, I get a more satisfying vibrato by bending the strings with my fingerboard hand. Maybe I need more practice with it but for the time being it gets no use.

Newest member to the herd, Sire Marcus Miller P7 5 string. This is the second one Thomann sent me, I had to return the first one due to a non working P pickup and scratching preamp pots.

6th (plus 50 more hidden around in the house).
But it's going back to the store again, was going to finetune the action only to discover the truss rod nut was stripped. No finetuning, no bass!

Never had such issues with my HB's , there were a few odds ans ends wrong with some but nothing that wasn't simply fixable, too bad a new truss rod is no simple fix! Bought it at Thomannn so the exchange for a new one or a refund will probably be without any hassle.

The hassle begins. Thomann asked for a picture of the problem, send them this one and think it should be clear enough what's wrong.

First hassle session is over , Thomann accepted the picture with some extra explanation what's wrong and sent me a return label. A few minutes ago I handed it over at the postal agency and it's on its way back.

They always ask for a photo when I complain about something. Or a video. Im yet to experience Thomann rejecting to take it back.

Im yet to experience Thomann rejecting to take it back. Same experience here, this was the first time for me they asked for detailed pictures.
