Nothing on DHL or USPS tracking since 15 MAY. I got the first Thomann form letter, and waited seven days before emailing them again. They finally got back to me overnight, and it was a more personal reply:
"Dear Christopher,
Please note, your parcel left Germany by plane on the 16.05.2020.
The plane arrived on schedule but as the parcel hasn’t yet been scanned by your local postal services it cannot be located – this means the post cannot confirm that it has been “received” in the country of destination.
All our parcels arrive in huge DHL containers which are held at the airport by customs. As long the customs clearance procedure is not finished, you cannot receive the parcel. At this point and in most cases the postal services themselves have not received any updates about the parcel.
Unfortunately, in our experience, there is no “first in first out“ logistics system at many airports so this can cause a delay with some parcels while others arrive very quickly.
Furthermore, regarding the actual situation with pandemic, please note that a lot of parcel from all around the world are temporary delayed because of local restrictions, flight cancellation or personal shortage.
Please understand, that this is beyond our control. However, as the parcels are insured, we have the legal right to start an official investigation – which we already have.
Thank you once again for your understanding.
Kind Regards
Neil Ferret, Tracking Team Tel: +49 9546 9223-534 | Fax: +49-9546-9223-24 | E-Mail: tracking@thomann.de"
So I suppose once I get the customs update, it will only be another couple of weeks with no info, and hope that it just arrives some afternoon. 🤦🏼♂️

Thomann will do an inquiry for me as I contacted them just now. My order was 5/21 and the status since 5/26 is in route. I've seen others who order around the same time have status of their items at least in US Customs.

and the status since 5/26 is in route. That is strange to me, because mine tracking on DHL never has shown anything except that it was still in Frankfort. I still have not seen anything about "en route" ever. I didn't even know it was at customs until I received that letter from Thomann I just shared.

My guitar still hasn't showed up. Ordered April 21st, shipped April 23rd, and tracking has showed "processed through ISC Chicago" since May 20th with no new information since. That's 34 days just since it got to Chicago. Starting to think it ain't ever gonna show!

"Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available"
This is the status on the USPS tracking. This I'm hoping implies it's en route.
On DHL it said it was processed thru facility in Frankfurt.
Who knows for sure what this means. It seems these status updates are not accurate as packages are just showing up at doors.

Congrats! I have an SC-450 on the way, too. What confounds me is I ordered mine a five days after yours, but mine checked out of Frankfurt four days before yours did. Now, I still have no delivery, or even an update. One difference now may be that you got through ISC San Fran. Mine is likely coming through Chicago, and they may be rioting there or protesting something for all I know. But I will hope that your good fortune is a timeline for which I can look toward, as well. Enjoy!

Well, they finally arrived (the suspense was killin' me)! Time-wise, it was 1-day short of 7 weeks from ordering (they were all "in stock") and delivery. So 48 days. They sat for EXACTLY 1 month between Frankfurt and ISC San Francisco. I still wonder if they were kept for a quarantine period. Like everyone else has reported, the box was a little rough but no apparent damage to the guitars. It does feel like Thomann could do just a bit better packing though. The guitars are quite dusty with manufacturing debris and need cleaned and polished here and there, especially the CST-24. Also, no news here that the fingerboards are a bit dry and the frets could definitely use a polish. The fingerboard (the whole guitar, for that matter) on the SC-450 is gorgeous! From the images I thought the fingerboard would be orange but it's actually a very nicely figured deep reddish brown. I'm sure I'll have many more observations as time goes along but won't likely post anything new unless someone asks for something specific. Congrats on getting your stuff. . The guitars are quite dusty with manufacturing debris and need cleaned and polished here and there, especially the CST-24. Every HB I have has had sawdust and crud under the pickup rings, back covers etc. It seems this is one area where they cut costs! I get access denied when trying to view any of those, have you tried using Imgur?

Surprise! So today, after nearly 7 weeks, the guitars just showed up on my porch with no updates at all. Last update was US customs is processing you package on June 10th.
