www.joyoaudio.co.uk/Anyone had any experience with these guys? I've been looking at their most recent efforts and they sound (on paper at least) fantastic, I feel a little like a kid in a candy shop looking through their catalogue.

I have a Joyo Bantamp 20watt lunch box amp head (hybrid valve/ss) . I think it's a great piece of kit, I also have Joyo voodoo octave pedal. Again I'd say it's a decent bit of kit.
I think a lot of HB pedals were Joyos rebranded? My American sound pedal is HB and looks exactly the same as the Joyo one. Can't fault build quality or functionality. I will most probably buy more Joyo stuff. The new pedal line is supposedly even better?

I have watched the JHS video on his favourites in the new line, and they all sounded great to me. I must find out their return policy.

It was a toss up between the Joyo tauren and the caline pegasus. I was on the verge of getting the Joyo but read it had more gain (probably not a bad thing). So enedrd up buying the caline. Joyo's new range is apparently very like what they are clones of. The one that's like the fulltone full drive 2 is highly rated fron what I've read. They are based in Manchester in the UK or they were when I bought my amp. Don't think you would go far wrong buyin Joyo MartinB.

Will do when I get them, vintage delay which is a boss clone and vintage phaser which people seem to be saying is an EHX clone.

I have got a little cheapo reverb with shimmer, it’s one of those pedals that’s too small for a battery compartment though. It’s an interesting effect to play with though.

Not that URL specifically, but they are just the UK agents for Joyo. I have two Joyo pedals, loosely speaking. Their amp sim stompboxes. Being a Beatles aficionado, I had to have their a Joyo ACTONE. And I also couldn't not buy the Joyo American Sound. Both are amp sim pedals. Mine are genuine Joyo branded not the Harley Benton rebadges, although as blindwilly3fingers said, they are rebadged OEM Joyo without any change in components or spec AFAIK. I have a Fender Champion 100 2x12 combo to compare the American Sound with. It impressed me. Unfortunately I don't have a VOX AC 15 or 30 to compare with the ACTONE. Joyo in general. I have mulltiple Joyo accessories, cables, PSUs, headstock tuners. All my patch cables are Joyo, and alongside my Horizon Switchcraft, half a dozen of their TS instrument cables. I bought them because of their combination of quality and value. Joyo product is well made. Outstanding value for money. e.g. I bought half a dozen different Joyo headstock tuners for around the same price that a single D'Addario headstock tuner costs in AU. I like Behringer products too, Another quality but value for money brand like NUX for those without brand blind blinkers buying for status approval rather than performance. I really want one of Behringer's SF300 Super Fuzz pedals for some "Satisfaction". "Can't get no" ....yet.

Nux are a brand I only heard of recently as they’re the OEM guys behind the Amazon basics line of pedals in the US.

Nux are a brand I only heard of recently as they’re the OEM guys behind the Amazon basics line of pedals in the US. NUX pronounced New-X make products which are incredible value that never disappoint. I have sh1tloads of their kit. A NUX Loop Core a BOSS RC-3 clone at a fraction of the big name brand, without the RC-3's bugs. A NUX GP-1 which is a VOX AmPlug clone toned as NUX refer to it as Classic British (Marshall, dirty tone). Off the top of my head additionally have a NUX Pedal Tuner, Chorus, Overdrive, High Distortion and AS-4 Amp Sim (Marshall through Mesa Boogie is where it excels) pedals. Most of their pedals are clones of big name very expensive pedals, and sound so similar to identical it's ridiculous considering they are a 10th of the price of some. Although I've heard criticism of internal components i.e. pot quality, external quality is remarkably good as is actual reliability IMPE in use, and I'm demanding in my expectations, particularly of robustness, reliability and performance. Also have a NUX guitar stool, other than the logo, no different from Fender, Blackstar et al at 1/3 their price, although I fess I scored a particularly good deal on it with my keen eye for a value. I can highly recommend NUX kit from my experience with it. Why pay more, unless boasting rights triage highly in your priority of wants?

I can't remember how to multi quote DefJef the little reverb I have is a Mooer ShimVerb, I picked it up used for some small price. @manxcat NUX seem very good, no doubt I'll pick up something of theirs in the future.
