There are no words. Just hope it all comes good for you in the end, k2347Anyone know if it is possible to get a list list of known faults with B stock guitars before they post them? I think they just give the vague "minor cosmetic blemishes". I don't think they give specifics on each guitar. I think a lot of them are @chedapapa's cast off returns 🤩

I have seen 2 or 3 youtube video's of "B" stock that people bought and they all looked good and played good.Ding's,scratches I don't care really. As long as it has no crack's and stay's in tune and all the electronic's work i'm fine with that.A bunch of other HB single cut Les Paul's are "on request"now also.Thomann need's to take all of them off their site until they get stock or get a reliable manufacturer.Yesterday I ordered a Wolf Les Paul from All in one guitars and within 24 hrs it was being setup and will ship asap. They have gorgeous Les Paul style guitar's and the review's are stellar.

I will be interested to hear how it goes with the Wolf guitar if you have the time to share your experience and thoughts overall

After nearly 24 hours I just got an automated response from Thomann stating my item is out of stock and I can change to a different item or get a refund. No mention of my B stock request and my sales rep hasn't responded back yet either.Site now states the B stock is sold out.I'm done with these idiots and cancelling my order.

Last time I've had an argument with Thomann they gave me a Harley Benton Dynamic for free. Before I also had some complaints and each time they would give me 20-30 euros refund.
Then when I look at buying a new guitar I can never make my self give more money for a SQ Tele or Strat when I get better specs and price with HB guitars.

They remain in business because usually they are great but like many great businesses they sometimes fail terribly. For a long time I have thought that the Harley Benton line of business must be a real pain in the **** for them and not worth the trouble but they still pursue it so it must be worthwhile for them.

I just wish a real person would answer my emails.I get the same automated response each time for the last 3 months. To be honest I can't understand you getting autmated replies as I almost always get a very personal reply from Thomann and at time even the manager that will say how sorry they are for what ever happened at that time (but I do moan a lot when I complain without insulting them of course). When I first started buying Hb guitars the HB guitars had no more than 4 pages in total to browse through and look today so many more models to choose from. At that time they would use Mr. (your actual name) and then what ever the issue was. Then theystarted expanding the business and suddenly they used Dear Customer and I, as many other reacted to that "insult" I mean what happened to Mr. Bobby , now its just Dear Customer kind of shoit! Any way, I really can not fault Thomann's customer service and most here know how many times I have retuned stuff to them and complained about this or that to them and always they would make sure to compensate me somehow. They dont always return the relply in 1-2 days but they certainly try to reply as soon as possible and usually within 2-5 days depending how hammered they are by emails. You must realise that Thomann is situated in an obscure little town near the border with Poland and not many people want to work there, so fidning more working force is not the easiest I assume. Can they be better. Sure. Can humanity start buying less? Sure Do we want to buy less? No! ah, ya, problems of the "developed" world

Just went to their site to see if they cancelled my order. They did not and now the guitar I ordered which the availability was "on request" is now 8-9 weeks out!Like I said......what a joke!Last year alone I spent nearly $8k at Swee****er,bought an Ibanez Prestige and recording gear.3 week's ago I bought a UA Apollo Twin and a Behringer Xtouch for my laptop. What I am trying to say here is if Thomann were reputable to me I would have spent a ton of dough there.I just don't get their dishonesty.Maybe they hate Americans......LOL.I'm from Mesa,Arizona.

Don't think they hate anyone, I think sometimes things conspire against them and they flap a bit. The email reply can be a couple of days due to volume they receive. I've added stuff to the order the next day and they have coped with that without any problem. I'm in the UK and onec they confirm the order is shipped its usually here 2 days later. I think this backorder system is what they really Struggle with. I can only surmise the staff that deal with customer orders are not informed what's actually happening, by the staff who are responsible for ordering stock. To me its the usual middle management trick of letting those at the coalface take the crap from customers. I have not seen so many HB's out of stock or unavailable before. Others on here may have, who have been buying from Thomann longer than me. I can understand your frustration and I would be ****ed off in your situation.

He would most certainly have emailed the agents supervisor or the agent directly who would have (being fearful for his job) made sure that the matter was resolved asap.
Edit: Actually now that I think of it maybe I'm wrong. I think you contacted the local Danish sales office directly and Lasse happened to respond. Unfortunately I think they only have offices in Denmark and Germany.
Edit 2: Correction - my memory failed me. This was nothing at all to do with Lasse. Not sure why I thought he was involved.
