I've been eyeballing a SubZero Rogue guitar for some time. In fact I just stopped myself from buying it today - I bought a keyboward instead. You've put me off now! What was the problem with Gear4Music guitars?

I might give that P90 guitar a try again IF THEY change that fretbaord material as I dilsike Roseacer on those models. The neck is too thin for my taste but if I put in some meaty P90's instead of those rather thin sounding Roswells then I might get used to the thin neck. Congrats on your new guitars man

Oh, just checked and it seems they changed the fretbaord to Jatoba a proper HARD WOOD!

I'm currently waiting for my new HB cst24t in black cherry. I had to send the first one back as the rear of the guitar had spots under the laquer. Really noticeable when you hold it to the light like delamination or contamination of some sort. Such a shame as the guitar sounded really good with the new Roswell's. Anybody else have this issue?

How do you like that new Jatoba fretboard on the blue guitar? Can you take a zoom in photo to see the details of it? Thank you

That's a pretty big flaw, I would think even if you had some jatoba sawdust and glue you have a hard time hiding that. Personally I would not want to put any glue or resin in a fault that big. If I was going to keep that I would probably get a piece of insert (abalone or mother of pearl) and make a feature/personal design insert.
Was it visible on arrival or did it open up after? That is a shame as it looks a nice figured piece of wood. Are you keeping it or returning it?
