Maybe that's my next party approach, "it's tonight!" Might just take some running shoes though, as blindwilly3fingers suggests.

I haven't received it. All day it was marked as "Delivery Today" and now is past 18h which means there is no way they will deliver it today! Also, since Danish Post doesnt deliver post on weekends in the country side I will need to wait until Monday (or even Tuesday depending on how they feel at work).

That's a bummer @chedapapa, I had that with amazon not so long ago. They should not notify intent to deliver if they can't carry it out. I wasted a day waiting, needless to say I excersied my tongue on the phone to them.

Shame. Maybe best to think of the Katana and it's software as an amp that's safe to delve inside without killing yourself. In fact, I seem to remember some software plugin that allowed you to build your own virtual amp by digitally changing caps, resistors and licorice allsorts.
I did wonder whether I might have a look at recording tonight as I was getting some ideas in my head...but then I had a few drops of that gin of yours, Che, and I think it's a night of curry instead. Tomorrow...focus!

You still have that bottle of Gin? you are well behaved mate In my household such liquids last maximum 2 weeks! Ah yes, that Katana and virtual amps ... and slow danish postal service It seems this amp simply refuses to come to me. I should see that as a sign from above

I barely have a glass left. I've been trying to be good...and then Christmas kicked in with spiced Caribbean rum and some Gingerbread gin. Hickory-dickory-hic!

Any way, I just asked Thomann if my RETURN right strats from the day they took my money or from the day I actually RECEIVE the bloody package. Lets see what they answer. ...

They took my money the day it was shipped I believe. I would have thought legally if you are given 14 days. That can only begin from the day you receive it.

They might do differently for each country they deal with. In the last 4 years they would take the money once postman gets my signature on the day of delivery, never before.

Although I'm not 100% sure, I just take it for granted the dosh is gone as soon as I hit the pay now button/touch screen thingy!

If KAT 50 can deliver these clean to crunch tones on my guitars Im a happy bunny. And I think that Line Out sounds OK-ish. Miced up sounds much better of course. BTW, this guy uses a few HB guitars from the Wilkinson era
